What are you going to do?

You are primarily a customer service advisor, helpdesk advisor or sales advisor. In addition, you will also be responsible for specific assignments. Some examples: floorwalking, welcoming and guiding new employees, giving briefings or administration & quality monitoring. You support the team coach, report to him/her and act as backup if necessary.

What will you excel in?

You have a secondary education degree or equivalent through experience.

You have a minimum of 6 months' experience within IPG Contact Solutions. The senior advisor is the role model of the advisors.

You always achieve the best KPI results and always lead by example.

You are employed on the project and have the necessary product knowledge.

You are fluent in 2 project-related languages and can express yourself very well in English.

You think along with management and proactively inform about IPG's processes.

Thanks to your positive attitude, you offer top-level customer service.

You are willing to share your knowledge with others.

You support the objectives, vision and values of IPG and show commitment. You inspire colleagues with your enthusiastic approach.

You solve problems according to executive regulations and make choices from known solution approaches already used.

You can obtain the commitment of employees in order to achieve company objectives.

How will your onboarding go?

Together we work on your onboarding, so that you can get the hang of the job. The first weeks, we focus on call systems, customer systems, working methods & procedures. It is logical that you will be in the office every day these first weeks. Once you are ready for work, a familiarisation period follows with intensive guidance. You will also be in the office during this period, so that we can provide you with optimum support. Once this milestone has been successfully passed, you can also work from home. How often, that depends on you and the client you work for.
