Sometimes you call to follow up. Until your customer is a satisfied customer.

KitchenAid is specialised in kitchen appliances for private and industrial use. You probably know the colourful appliances!

Customers sometimes have questions about their products. Questions of residential customers vary from administrative to technical or even culinary.


Wat doe je?

Providing customers with advice tailored to their needs.

You work from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. If you take Turkish calls, you work between 7 am and 6 pm.

The project is open on all holidays except for Christmas, New Year's day and Easter Monday.

Good to know: timetables are communicated at least 3 weeks in advance.

You will work in Berchem, or from your home workplace after 6 months.


Waarin zal je uitblinken?

Your first language is Italian. On top of that you are fluent in one of these languages : Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian & Swedish, Dutch, French, German of Turkish (attn : for Turkish the work hours are between 7am and 6pm)

Knowledge of English is necessary for internal communication, communication with our customer KitchenAid and training purposes.

Active listening and customer orientation.

Ability to handle stress and work well in a team.

Quick to learn, procedure-oriented and multitasking.

Handling administration well and writing without spelling mistakes.

Making suggestions to the customer for a better or more complete service.

Working with a computer fluently.

Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?

Samen werken we aan jouw onboarding, zodat je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie krijgt. De eerste weken focussen we op belsystemen, klantsystemen, werkmethodes & procedures. Het is logisch dat je dan dagelijks op kantoor bent. Eens je klaar bent voor je werk volgt een inloop-periode met intensieve begeleiding. Ook dan ben je op kantoor, zodat we jou optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Eens die kaap succesvol is genomen kan je ook thuis werken. Hoe vaak, dat hangt af van jou én van de klant waarvoor je werkt.
