What are you going to do?

Daily management of site activities and acting as a local and global point of contact.

Implementation of WEngage standards and policies across various domains.

Management of local staff, HR processes, and compliance with local legislation.

Budget management, identification of cost savings, and driving business opportunities.

Management of the entire establishment. This includes all components such as ICT, Facilities, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.

Coordination of technical and operational needs and promoting an efficient workplace.

Leading local communication, fostering collaboration, and ensuring quality standards.

Reporting and analysis of operational performance and achieving project objectives.

What will you excel in?

Proven experience in operational management or a similar role.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of local regulations, HR processes, and financial management.

Ability to think strategically and act proactively.

Fluent in the local language, Dutch and English.
